I’m reading tons of books and excel in “creative misuse” of technologies in areas where they are new while in their original domain they are state of the art. That’s how easy innovation can sometimes be.
Furthermore, 25 years in software development provide a broad view on what has happened and what is happening in the future. I worked in very diverse domains, from IT management, via IIoT, big data/analytics via edge and cloud computing to information security. Being not a single-domain specialist but generalist allows me to look at topics from a broader view that might be helpful to the reader.
